private access or access by a select group
A combination of a Drop Box and a Lock Box, Drop/Lock Box gives you the option to
allow others to upload documents to your e-Room. Once uploaded, you can
then set data preferences to private to keep the information to yourself –
or set public preferences to allow specific individuals mutual access.
